Our Infrastructure team has an immediate need for a Project Manager to focus on our Large Diameter Waterline projects.

In this role as the project management lead, you will be working with and managing a team of engineers and drafters on a variety of projects.


What you will do:

  • Manage to project timelines and budget.
  • Effectively communicate project information to clients, regulators, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships with clients; become trusted advisor.
  • Work to resolve project needs.
  • Lead effectively in a highly dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Assume responsibility for the successful delivery of products and services within the department, and high satisfaction and performance of department employees.
  • Establish and maintain a strong technical delivery model across all functions in the department that is agile to changing customer requirements.
  • Establish strong relationship with key customers.
  • Ensure successful delivery of highquality products and services to customer on time and on budget.
  • Ensure strong project management acumen throughout the department and contribute to that capability across the contract.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • PE license in Texas.
  • 10+ years civil engineer experience required.
  • Staff management experience.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. design codes and standards.
  • Related local (Houston) experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Project management skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Complex data interpretation skills.
