About the Job

We are excited to announce a job opportunity as a Clinical Research Coordinator 2 within the Stanford Depression Research Clinic at Stanford University School of Medicine. As a CRC2, you will be responsible for conducting clinical research studies focusing on depression, anxiety, and trauma. Your role will involve overseeing subject recruitment, data management, study budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Duties include:
  • Oversee subject recruitment and study enrollment goals
  • Manage data collection and analysis
  • Develop project schedules and lead team meetings
  • Supervise and train new staff
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor study documents

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 – 5 years of clinical research experience
  • Experience with industry sponsors
  • Familiarity with research rules and regulations

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):

  • Bachelor's degree and two years of clinical research experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of research regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES:

  • Preferred: Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and computer tasks
  • Occasional sitting, phone use, and lifting objects
  • Rare kneeling, crawling, and climbing

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Exposure to hazardous materials and contagious diseases
  • Possible extended work hours based on research needs
  • Position located on Stanford main campus

Salary Information:

The expected pay range for this position is $69,100 to $92,000 per annum. The final salary offered will be determined based on various factors.
