Overview:
PDF Solutions is looking for a skilled

Foundry Interface Engineer

to join their team and utilize eProbe systems to enhance yield in advanced 300mm semiconductor fabs.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, a team player with strong communication skills, and have the determination to deliver quality outcomes on time in a dynamic, multi-discipline, and highly productive setting.


Responsibilities:
- Analyze eProbe system output and collaborate with customers to minimize yield loss
- Conduct R&D and experiments to enhance and optimize recipes based on data analysis
- Develop and establish analysis data flow with assistance from the software development and application team
- Lead intricate engineering projects and foster continuous improvement and automation in business processes

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Statistics, or related engineering field
- Experience in handling various semiconductor fail modes in both FEOL and BEOL steps
- Proficiency in statistical analysis using tools like NumPy, JMP, Tableau, or MATLAB
- Ability to conduct experiments rapidly and produce high-quality analysis reports summarizing the results

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with inspection tools such as optical, voltage-contract, or spectroscopy
- Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics, GDS/Oasis layouts, or PFA cross-sections
- Knowledge of Python or other programming languages (Java, C#, C++, Ruby, Perl, etc.)
- Experience engaging with customers in a technical environment and delivering high-standard results promptly

Pay Range:
Salary range: USD $130,000 - USD $170,000 annually
