IT Manager Position at Uline Pennsylvania Branch

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage the local desktop support team by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business units, Branch Management, Corporate Management, and IT teams.
• Plan and oversee large-scale projects.
• Coordinate the procurement, installation, and maintenance of desktop equipment, printers, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop business requirements, process documents, training materials, and systems.

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma / GED, Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of analytical experience in an IT department with leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows technology with knowledge of system platforms - AS400, 3GL, and 4GL.
Availability for on-call support rotation and occasional evening / weekend work.
