New Challenges Inc. is looking for a dedicated Program Director/Designated Manager to oversee C.R.S. services in collaboration with the Department of Human Services. NCI specializes in providing comprehensive support to individuals facing developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and traumatic brain injuries in the south metro area.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Report writing
- Conducting team meetings
- Managing emergency situations
- Providing staff training and supervision
- Handling annual paperwork and file audits
- Investigating and reporting maltreatment incidents internally
- Offering staffing support

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or 4 years of relevant full-time experience
- 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or mental illness
- 3 years of supervisory experience in the human services field

Extensive background in addressing high medical needs is a must for this role. Availability to offer direct care support to individuals served, including evenings and weekends, is essential. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking capabilities.

**Job Type:** Full-time
**Salary:** $58,000.00 per year
