About the position:


As a Salon Receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring they have an exceptional experience. Your main tasks will include:

  • Maintaining a tidy and well-organized workspace
  • Welcoming and checking out guests
  • Handling appointment bookings via phone and email
  • Managing email and voicemail correspondence
  • Assisting with group reservations and inventory control
  • Ensuring that the studio and equipment adhere to company standards
  • Proficiently processing transactions and managing cash transactions
  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of technician stations
  • Familiarizing yourself with our products, services, and retail stock

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of the services provided and products sold
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Capability to work standing for extended periods
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift objects up to 25 pounds
