What we need:


Manager direct reports in efforts to lead Mohawk to more effective pricing approaches in order to drive growth and profitability, including: developing optimal pricing strategies, implementing effective pricing processes, measuring and controlling price at the transactional level, and aligning technology to support pricing processes.

Focus is on more complex, multi-division / segment, multi-effect change.

What you'll do:
Lead the efforts of employees to establish more effective pricing approaches to drive growth and profitability, including: developing optimal pricing strategies, implementing effective pricing processes, measuring and controlling price at the transactional level, and aligning technology to support pricing processes
Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and a strategy that addresses risk and performance improvement. Manage expectations of service delivery. Stay informed of business/economic developments and their impact to the client.
Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up-to-date with current developments and trends in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
Deliver quality services.

Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.

Monitor progress, manage risk and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.

Demonstrate fundamental values:
professional respect for all team members; personal accountability; trustworthiness; and teamwork. Foster an innovative and team-oriented work environment.
Commit to developing knowledge, continue to learn and share knowledge with clients and team members. Respect/protect client information.
Generate new business opportunities. Actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop long-term client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with team members across global Mohawk.
Perform other duties as required.

What you have:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field with 3-5 years business / management experience, which includes lead or supervisory experience
Masters degree or professional certification preferred
Experience pricing to regulatory requirements for services, both transactional orders and strategic contracts.

Knowledge of financial measurement principles such as earned value, scheduling, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), and Payback are required.

Successful candidates will have a familiarity with Government Cost Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Knowledge and application of basic pricing concepts and analytic skills. Continuing education required to prepare for future growth
Knowledge of contract types including Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP), Cost Plus, and Time & Material (T&M)
