Pacific Northwest Family Law is currently looking for an experienced Attorney to join our dedicated team. Our remote position comes with full compensation and benefits, providing a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on families in need. We are seeking attorneys who are highly accountable, able to work independently, and strive for high performance.

If you are new to family law, don't worry - many of our attorneys were in the same position. If you have courtroom experience and a desire to help families, you'll quickly adapt. We encourage learning, questions, and provide the necessary support for you to excel in your role.

Compensation Plan

Our unique compensation plan at Pacific Northwest Family Law rewards your hard work and dedication. You earn a percentage of the revenue you bring to the firm, directly linking your income to your effort. The more productive you are, the more you earn, offering a transparent system that values your contributions.

  • Requirement of 1500 billed and collected hours per year, with the opportunity to become a partner by meeting this goal.
  • Additional percentages above 1500 hours to recognize exceptional performance and dedication.

Partnership and Firm Leadership Opportunities

We provide a clear partnership track that allows for growth within the firm. Requirements include 2 years with the firm and 5 years of experience, with potential for negotiation based on your experience.
