As an RN with BrightStar Care of Plano, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing home health clinical services
- Maintaining service quality and adequacy, potentially overseeing staff when needed
- Delivering care according to each client's personalized Plan of Care and within the state's nursing practice regulations
- Monitoring changes in patients' conditions and notifying the appropriate personnel
- Administering services that demand significant nursing expertise
- Ensuring proper upkeep of clinical records in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Offering guidance to clients and families to address their nursing and other needs
As an RN, you will need:
- An active and unrestricted RN license in Texas
- Preferred infusion experience of 2-5 years
- Experience in wound care
- Proficiency in central line procedures
- Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screening
- Verification of eligibility to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Passing results in state and federal background checks
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Recent TB/Chest X-ray results from the past year
