Defense Program and Project Manager, Lead
The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about helping organizations transform effectively? Are you looking for an opportunity to help modernize DoD agencies? Change within an organization is necessary, but it has to be done the right way. Your ability to understand the effects of change in an organization and how to mitigate challenges makes you the difference between success and derailment. Whether it's process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, organizational change management comes down to one thing: learning how an organization works and making it better. Although many companies know where they want to go, getting there can be a challenge. Thankfully, that's what you do: improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. It's why we're looking for someone like you-an organizational transformation and change consultant who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.

As a change management consultant on our team, you'll have a direct impact on the DoD. You'll engage with your customers to analyze their environment and produce stakeholder analyses, environmental analyses, communication strategies, training strategies, and engagement strategies. You know change management isn't a one-size-fits-all concept, so you'll use your experience with organizational change models, combined with a deep understanding of your client's operating environment, to create a customized action plan. You'll assess how a change will impact business processes and organizational design so you can develop the necessary multi-channel campaign to facilitate the process. You'll also monitor and direct the workflow of change management projects. As an on-site change expert, your clients will look to you to help them pivot as needs arise throughout the change cycle. Throughout the change life cycle, you'll identify and communicate opportunities to expand services to existing clients. Join us and lead change for the better in the DoD.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:
  • 12+ years of experience with organizational change management, organizational design, strategic communications, training development, process improvement, or performance optimization, including managerial roles over staff
  • Experience with providing executive-level advisory support, including programmatic evaluation, redesign of business processes, business case development, and design and implementation of effective governance structures
  • Experience with leading and contributing to projects in a fast-paced, high-intensity, team-oriented environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Excel
  • Ability to analyze client issues, strategize potential solutions, and prepare client-ready reports
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with business process reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, performance management, or overhead optimization
  • Experience with conducting organizational change management in an Agile fashion
  • Experience with performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and visualization using statistical programs and survey software, including Excel, SPSS, and Tableau
  • Experience in organizational assessment, business process design, program evaluation, training design, leadership development, employee communications, succession management, career development, or survey research
  • Possession of excellent data gathering and analysis skills
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Master's degree
  • PMP Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
