JOB SUMMARY:
Looking for a Palletizer Operator to join our team As part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business, you will be instrumental in serving producers and animal owners across the United States. Through cutting-edge R&D and strong partnerships, we strive to enhance animal nutrition for a healthier, more productive life.
The Production Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing production equipment, ensuring products are manufactured according to specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include operating machinery, monitoring output quality, and maintaining production records for analysis.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Basic computer skills
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Age: 18 years or older
- Comprehension: Ability to read, write, and follow instructions effectively
- Critical Thinking: Analyzing problems and proposing solutions thoughtfully
- Safety: Prioritizing safety for oneself and team members
- Time Management: Meeting deadlines and adapting to changes efficiently
- Coordination: Collaborating effectively with team members

- Active Listening: Attentively listening and asking relevant questions
Physical Requirements for production positions:
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Performing various physical activities while wearing protective equipment
- Working in different temperature environments and shift schedules
Applicants will undergo a pre-employment background check. This position falls under a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
