We are a 4-doctor practice, and we're very busy. Our practice is mid renovation and many practice investments are being made. This is an exciting time for the right, fast- paced candidate to come on board.
This candidate will directly supervise the Client Care and Patient Care teams.

Mentor and educate the Client Care and Patient Care teams in client relations, management, and leadership to ensure continued growth personally and professionally.

Consistently support the practice's mission and inspire others' commitment to the practice's mission. This person is responsible for the four domains of HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. Candidate will work closely with bookkeeper and department heads to support the organization to reach its full potential.
Candidate must be organized and focused, reliable and accurate, and operate with a high level of compassion. Must be willing and able to develop and implement strategic planning. A background check and pre-employment drug testing is required of all applicants.
