- Assist with project analysis, cost estimates, and material/labor estimates.
- Review and award subcontracts based on proposals.
- Consult with stakeholders to develop schedules and address issues.
- Prepare cost statements and project documentation.
- Track project costs and assess cost effectiveness.
- Analyze project organization, schedules, and finances.
- Support Project Manager with job processes and subcontract negotiations.
- Manage project procurement and interact with consultants and clients.
- Organize meetings, take notes, and distribute accordingly.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software like Procore and Bluebeam.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to read plans.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture preferred.
