Job Summary

Join Thillens' mission of delivering cash and valuables with precision and professionalism as an Armored Security Guard (Route Team Member).

Starting as a trainee, you will progress to become a crucial part of the team, with the potential to advance to a managerial role within 90 days.

We offer a guaranteed hourly pay range, starting from $17/hour up to $25/hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $30/hour through additional commission. Quarterly bonuses of $750-$3000 are also provided for maintaining employee safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

Your Role as an Armored Security Guard (Route Team Member):

• Maintain safety and security of team members and the armored vehicle
• Drive safely and protect the communities we serve
• Handle valuables at customer locations
• Service gaming machines, pay vaults, and ATMs
• Manage customer deposits and receipts
• Process cash and orders in transit
• Conduct guarding duties
• Follow other directives as needed

Job Requirements

The Skills You Need:

• Minimum age of 21
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Compliance with Department of Transportation requirements
• Security experience preferred
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• FOID card for Illinois locations
• 108 Security Permit for Wisconsin locations
• Firearm training preferred
• Clear background check
