Role Summary:
This role will solve complex and broad business problems with simple and straightforward solutions.

Through code, cloud, and on-prem infrastructure, you will configure, maintain, monitor, and optimize applications and their associated infrastructure to decompose and iteratively improve on existing solutions.

Additionally, the role will continuously improve the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure service and provide Tier 3 level support for VDI infrastructure and VDI users.

A strong background in Citrix and/or other virtual desktop products is required .

Required Skills:
Experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.

x + administrationExperience with Citrix PVS administrationProficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Nodejs, PowerShellExperience in observability, such as white and black box monitoring, service level objective alerting, and telemetry collection using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, and othersTechnical writing and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of customer organizationExperience with performance monitoring and optimization toolsExperience with creating functional software and desktop imagesExperience with enterprise-wide software and desktop deploymentsExperience with providing technical supportExperience with resolving system security issuesExperience in Windows Server 2016 +, and Windows 10 + systems administrationPreferred Skills:

Continuous improvement and operational excellence mindset in building and integrating tools with usability, business value, and metrics in mind.
Knowledge of Active Directory administration, including Group Policy Objects (GPO) managementKnowledge of configuration and management of Client Blades and Nutanix hardware solutions
