Role: Workfront Architect/Admin

Location: Hybrid in Johnston, Rhode Island

Visas: USC/GC/GC-EAD/H4-EAD

Rate: c2c around $75/hr

Position: Senior Workfront and Fusion Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities Overview:

• Collaborate with the company to design an effective strategy for implementing Workfront at an Enterprise level
• Utilize systems and business analysis methods to conduct Adobe Workfront discovery and design sessions with cross-functional teams
• Lead requirements gathering, current/future state process definition, and solution design
• Document and refine client operational business requirements for system functional specifications
• Design and configure the Workfront Solution
• Create data visualizations and produce data extracts for reporting tools such as Power BI
• Implement Adobe Workfront object types including custom forms, calculated fields, workflows, templates, and reporting
• Set up Adobe Workfront including access levels, templates, and project preferences for user-friendly design
• Configure Workfront Fusion scenarios to meet business objectives
• Develop, test, train, and deploy successful Workfront enterprise work management implementations
• Assist in establishing a governance model for oversight and support post-implementation

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in Workfront implementation for multi-group organizations
• Minimum five years of experience with the full suite of Workfront tools, including Workfront Fusion, Proof, and advanced features
• Knowledge of enterprise process mapping to Workfront implementation
• Experience with different user personas in Workfront
• Expertise in Adobe Workfront products, services, and native integrations
• Understanding of Agile methodology
• Experience working across various industries
• Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion certification
• Business Intelligence reporting experience preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
