About the team:
The team is dedicated to providing modernized and automated solutions for companies to optimize their payables processes strategically. You will collaborate with a group of self-motivated, proactive, and creative thinkers who share a similar vision.

About the role:
As the Senior Director, you will utilize strategic, analytical, and financial skills. This role is highly visible, requiring exceptional drive, energy, strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, hands-on experience in banking or financial services, as well as proficiency in strategy, business development, and influencing decisions.

What you will be doing:
  • Collaborate with the AP / AR leadership team to drive business objectives and keep the executive team well-informed
  • Support the Platform team by leveraging data to develop business plans and strategies for enhanced team performance, including analysis of management reporting and ad-hoc requests
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and support groups, managing communication and joint projects
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and efficiency improvement through innovative ideas and solutions
  • Create visually compelling presentations to share ideas, showcase products, discuss strategies, and update executives, working closely with stakeholders, clients, and presenters for effective communication
What you will need:
  • Strong Data and End-to-End Strategy building skills
  • Ability to comprehend overall business drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and design impactful presentations
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to present to diverse audiences
  • Comfortable interacting with internal and external executives
  • Curiosity, problem-solving, execution, and project management skills
  • Attention to detail, effective time management, and ability to adapt to changing business needs and complexities
  • Analyze clients' business needs and offer relevant support, manage multiple projects independently
  • Other duties as assigned and a background in business administration, graphic design, marketing, visual communications, or equivalent experience
