• This role calls for an adept individual with meticulous attention to detail who thrives in hands-on tasks.
• Responsibilities: Maintenance and service of various mechanical operations across multiple sites within a diverse organization. Working efficiently in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision while also being adept at following directives when necessary.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in general mechanical tasks within a corporate setting including but not limited to:
  • Adept in painting and wall repair
  • Skilled in carpentry, door and lock repairs
  • Experience in carpet and tile repairs and installations
  • Knowledge in mechanical and plumbing repairs
  • Capability to use power tools safely
  • Support for employee relocations
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365, Outlook, and written communication
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Able to work at heights, lift objects up to 50lbs, and perform outdoor tasks such as snow removal when needed

As is common in a support role, flexibility is key to address general mechanical issues outside standard work hours if required at the facilities.
