We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Lead to support the area Supervisor(s) in day-to-day activities such as picking, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication, quality, safety, and productivity within the distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and motivate the team on shipping, picking, receiving, and inventory control activities.
  • Ensure team members are well-trained and assist in meeting daily requirements.
  • Communicate progress, assign work, and optimize manpower.
  • Provide on-the-job training and conduct procedural audits for team members.
  • Collaborate with Support Coordinators to address system inaccuracies and prevent inventory issues.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist with special projects and other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED, Associates/Bachelors degree desired.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of distribution processes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret SOPs and work instructions.
