The position would be working 1:1 with patients, each session is 60 minutes- all Med B documentation so no Oasis and no travel during the day.

40 hours a week, $72 for a PT, $50 for a PTA- if we need to negotiate these a bit let me know, I'm not as familiar with rates in this area.

No weekends and we would be closed for 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving (if we extend that far in advance).


The candidate would be serving a population consisting of at least 50% patients with Dementia or Alzheimer's-related conditions so while the treatments are still functionally based someone who is comfortable with the population and potential need for creativity/redirection would be best.


2 locations less than a mile apart- schedule would be Tues/Thurs at Sunrise and Mon/Wed/Fri at Arden
