OUR OPPORTUNITY

The VP of Sales has a pivotal role in the organization, tasked with orchestrating strategic plans to secure sustainable long-term growth. With a keen eye for market opportunities, the VP of Sales actively seeks avenues for revenue expansion, whether through channel management or forging strategic partnerships. Your primary objectives will be to drive revenue growth, expand market share and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key activities include:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to maximize potential and contribution to the business ensuring the delivery of results and accountability for their defined responsibilities
  • Working with the Global CEO, develop long-term strategic goals and develop a clear path for achievement.
  • Identify and facilitate business opportunities and viable income streams to increase presence and relationships.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to can drive sales growth and enhance the company's market position.
  • Participate in high-level negotiations with key stakeholders across differing sales channels to maximize Plungie's market penetration.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to establish marketing plans and strategies.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends within the US market, via industry forums, customer engagement, and competitor movements.

The successful candidate will bring to the team:

  • Must have experience working in the construction industry (residential desirable)
  • Proven strategic planning experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience including people leadership across B2B and B2C market segments.
  • Experience in developing strategic partnerships across multiple channels
  • Commercial acumen with a strategic focus.
  • Understands marketing strategy and the importance of upholding brand integrity and brand values.
  • Understanding of financial reporting data and P&L performance with an ability to appropriately interpret and critically interrogate this information.
