Assembly Auditors

on our 3rd shift team in Hudsonville, MI.

Our Coordinators are excited and eager to play a vital role in assisting our company in delivering perfect products to our customers.

If you have a strong attention to detail and share in Royal's values, we would love to meet you

Your responsibilities:
Schedule and organize work to meet customer orders
Move product, complete final product audits, and scanning functions
Escalate non-conformance to standards such as quality issues and/or schedule discrepancies
Follow standardized work procedures and maintain proper pace to ensure materials and packaging are where they need to be at the right time and production is not interrupted
Maintain an overall understanding of the how the assembly area is operating at all times and work with the shift Supervisor to quickly suggest and make changes when needed
Communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization including operators, Supervisors and Plant Leadership
Operate material handling equipment as needed.

Experience not required but willingness to learn

Requirements:
High School diploma (or equivalent)
Basic knowledge of computers
Willing and able to work overtime as needed
Ability to work 3rd shift (12am-8am)
