Technical Operator for 3rd shift

615pm-645am)

Technical operators will be responsible for

the following:

+ Machine set up, changeovers, and troubleshooting

+ Identifying issues with machines and communicating with maintenance if needed

+ Must be skilled at operating HMI panels

+ Using hand tools/power tools for light maintenance, adjustments on machines, and operator preventative maintenance

Basic responsibilities:

+ Making sure the lines stay running and the machines are being "fed" with product.

+ Assemble necessary ingredients, clean and sanitize Production area

+ Responsible for CIP/COP functions to maintain a sanitary work environment

+ Comply with all GMP and quality procedures, including all SPC functions

+ Follow established procedures for monitoring product specifications such as product weight, product size, machine output, wrap, code dates, product quality etc.

+ Keep areas clean, organized and dry

+ Responsible for the integrity of handling and labeling floor Rework

+ Quality checks of product coming down the line

+ Monitors quality against set standards and reports any product and packaging faults.

+ Detects process abnormalities quickly and takes emergency action to prevent them.

Teamwork Must be a good team player capable

of working within a highly effective team; responsible, supportive, and able

communicator.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

+ Familiarity of a manufacturing or production environment

+ Ability to work at a fast and efficient pace
