We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to perform help desk support while planning, integrating, and maintaining software and hardware for the departments local and wide area network.

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to perform help desk support while planning, integrating, and maintaining software and hardware for the departments local and wide area network. This position will be **full-time** and **on-site** .

**What Youll Do**

+ Providing on-site technical services to users and assisting with special projects,

+ Installation, configuration and upgrade of hardware and software, diagnostics of software and hardware problems

+ Make repairs and adjustments or obtains service from software, hardware vendors or maintenance vendors

**What You'll Need**

Required:

+ Professional experience working in a help desk technical support role researching & answering user questions & troubleshooting user problems

+ Experience maintaining, monitoring, patching, and reimaging workstations

+ Experience assisting both onsite users as well as remote users

+ Experience planning, integrating and maintaining software and hardware for local or wide area computer networks

+ Experience troubleshooting hardware / software, network computers and printers, and a variety of supported applications

+ Experience and understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policies, and File Permissions

+ Experience with maintaining inventory for computer hardware -

**Physical Demands**

+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
