ROLE SUMMARYUnder general direction, this position involves strategic planning, team coordination, and program evaluation within Adolescent Growth, Inc. The job entails serving as a bridge between program areas and management, supporting the administration of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services in Illinois. Additionally, overseeing staff and fulfilling assigned tasks are key responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS- Strategically plan, direct, and assess a diverse professional team offering mental health and substance abuse treatment.
- Coordinate clinical activities related to mental health and substance abuse.
- Generate and deliver various reports, both professional and administrative in nature.
- Propose and implement program improvements as needed.
- Analyze, assess, and create specialized programs or funding requests.
- Provide consultation and leadership in program techniques and administrative functions.
- Effectively communicate complex ideas in oral and written forms.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Handle emergency situations that require physical intervention to manage client behavior.
Successful candidates will possess a minimum of three years of licensed professional experience in mental health and substance abuse programs. This experience should include managerial and/or clinical supervision roles. Additionally, candidates must have:
- Master's degree in social work or related field from an accredited institution;
- Minimum 2 years of LCSW or LCPC certification;
