Winter Garden/Windermere CRNAs - Starting Bonus of $75K
Envision Physician Services has fantastic new openings for full-time CRNAs with our AGO division. We want to bring onboard CRNAs for our Orlando Health Horizon West and Health Central sites. The Anesthesia Care team will consist of 54 physicians and 140 CRNAs and AAs. You'll be part of a professional, collaborative practice, reaping the rewards of a clinically fulfilling setting.
As a team member of this esteemed practice, you'll experience a wide variety of cases and settings, including trauma and cardiac. AGO has a rich history of over two decades, delivering services to Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies, South Seminole Hospital, and 3 nearby ASCs. We're now extending our hospital services to Winter Garden, Orlando Regional Medical Center, and Dr. P. Philips Hospital.
Key points of this opportunity:
- Newly enhanced compensation rates. Also, a starting bonus and relocation assistance, if necessary
- Flexible scheduling options to establish a home base and minimize nights worked
- Minimal on-call duties
- Diverse case load covering ortho, Regional, Vascular, Neuro, and General procedures
- No pediatrics, obstetrics, or trauma cases
- Educational opportunities for SRNAs to earn while learning
- 40-hour work week with hourly pay and true OT after 40 hours
- Add-on pay for night and weekend shifts

Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital, operational since January 30, 2021, is a modern six-story, 214,000-square-foot facility with a 120-bed capacity. The facility integrates a 78,000-square-foot emergency department and medical pavilion that has been serving the community since 2018. Orlando Health Horizon West offers comprehensive health services, personalized care, and advanced imaging and treatments to West Orange County, Florida, and the Horizon West area.
