The franchisee retains full accountability for all employment aspects at the establishment, which encompass recruitment, dismissals, disciplinary actions, oversight, staffing, and employee schedules.

McDonald's USA doesn't exert influence over employment affairs at the restaurant.

Requirements:
The Maintenance Person plays a crucial role in assisting the management to maintain excellent hygiene standards both inside and outside the restaurant premises, along with ensuring the operational functionality of restaurant equipment.

As a member of the Maintenance Team, the restaurant will equip you with the necessary tools and comprehensive training to excel in your role.

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Person may comprise, but are not confined to:

  • Filtering oil from fryers on a daily basis
  • Upkeeping the exterior grounds
  • Cleaning equipment, windows (interior and exterior), storage areas, and restrooms
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice a week
  • Disposing of trash and compacting waste
  • Replacing light fixtures
  • Maintaining cleanliness of HVAC/Exhaust systems and clearing the rooftop from debris
Of utmost importance is aiding restaurant Managers in ensuring a safe and hygienic work setting for both the crew and supervisors.
