  • Support in implementing Lean principles and methods in MS-UF and MS-TF
  • Identification of waste and inefficiencies in processes, development of solutions
  • Conducting trainings, workshops, audits, and coaching sessions
  • Support in the introduction and implementation of Lean tools in collaboration with management
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, monitoring progress, and reporting to management
  • Identifying training and development needs and building relationships with stakeholders

  • Completed training as a technician, master or in a comparable qualification with proven experience in process optimization
  • First experience in implementing Lean principles and methods in a company
