As a Lead Preschool Teacher, your responsibilities include:
  • Creating an inviting and interactive space for young children to learn and grow.
  • Fostering a growth mindset to inspire a love for learning in young minds.
  • Implementing the innovative L.E.A.P. Curriculum tailored to the needs of infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
  • Establishing a safe and nurturing environment that encourages play and learning.
  • Maintaining regular communication with parents to share their children's progress and achievements.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and center leadership to drive enrollment and engagement.
  • Building strong relationships with families and coworkers to facilitate a seamless environment for learning and play.

Do You:
  • Possess a genuine passion for educating and caring for children?
  • Have at least six months of teaching experience (mandatory) or ideal one year of professional teaching experience?
  • Hold a high school diploma/GED (mandatory) or an associate degree in ECE or related field (ideal)?

Compensation:
$ $17.00 per hour
