Job Responsibilities:
As a Journeyman Electrician at Wolfer's, your role involves directly engaging with customers, probing for their needs, and addressing comfort issues. You will leverage your critical thinking and technical prowess to offer premium solutions, advocate for customers, and drive revenue growth. Delivering top-notch service, you will handle the servicing and repair of heating and air-conditioning systems.
Duties:

• Clearly communicate necessary services to clients before commencing work
• Prioritize safety during all work, including driving activities
• Conduct a thorough system evaluation with clients to understand needs and provide suitable solutions
• Perform continuity tests on electrical circuits and components using testing equipment
• Repair or replace faulty equipment, components, and wiring
• Discuss system issues with clients to identify problems and verify resolutions
• Assist the HVAC Install team in enhancing the efficiency of heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems
• Ensure clients receive a top-notch experience during service visits

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Journeyman Electrician
• Hold an Oregon (General Journeyman or Limited Residential License) or a Washington (01, 02, or 6A) Journeyman Electrician card
• Customer engagement and active listening skills
• Goal-oriented mindset to surpass weekly and monthly objectives
• Commitment to enhancing technical skills continuously
• Valid Oregon or Washington Driver's License and a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks effectively
