Your Responsibilities
  • Planning, organizing, and conducting individual and group activities tailored to the interests and abilities of our residents
  • Assisting residents in participating in cultural events and outings
  • Promoting communication and social interaction within the facility
  • Collaborating with other professionals to develop individual care plans
  • Documenting care measures and participating in team meetings
  • Complying with quality standards and legal guidelines in the field of social care
Your Profile
  • Completed training in the social field or comparable qualifications
  • Experience in working with elderly people is desirable
  • Creativity and organizational skills in designing leisure activities
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to respond to the needs of elderly people
  • Teamwork and a positive attitude
  • Good communication skills in both written
