We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Associate. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels, engaging with our audience, assisting with copywriting tasks, analyze and measure effectiveness of advertising avenues and updating ad templates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to contribute to our company's online presence and content marketing strategy. This position is an evolving position which will lead to quick advancement for the right individual.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Take charge of our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Develop new and engaging posts on a daily/weekly basis to captivate our audience. Collaborate with the team to generate fresh and relevant content that aligns with our brand.
- Customer Engagement: Monitor and promptly respond to reviews, comments, and messages across Google and our social media platforms. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive online reputation.
- Copywriting Assistance: Support the content marketing strategy by assisting with copywriting tasks. This may involve writing engaging website pages, blog posts, and other promotional materials that effectively convey our brand messaging and attract our target audience.
- Design Updates: Collaborate with our design team to update ad templates with new content as needed. Ensure that our advertisements reflect the latest offerings, promotions, and messaging.
- A solid understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices for engagement and growth.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt writing style to suit different channels and target audiences.
- Basic knowledge of copywriting principles and the ability to convey information in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and the ability to update ad templates using design software or tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while paying attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience or relevant education in digital marketing, social media management, copywriting, or graphic design is a plus.
