Quality & Patient Safety Spec - Quality Management (CLear Lake)

JOB SUMMARY:
- Provide consulting, analysis, and improvement facilitation on quality and patient safety.
- Develop, implement, and enhance programs to maintain quality care for patients.
- Research and analyze data for decision-making.
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality and patient safety initiatives.
- Align goals with Patient Safety and Performance Improvement plan, strategic priorities, and regulatory requirements.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field required.
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience and one year of patient safety/risk management experience required.
- Working knowledge of Joint Commission standards.
- Strong communication, organizational, and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics.
PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Administration, or Business preferred.
- Certification in quality or process improvement preferred.
