We are hiring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA or BCaBA) to provide supervision services at our Outpatient Pediatric Center location in Lawton, OK.

The Sunny Days Sunshine Center offers children and their families a place for developmental services and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) therapy. It's a unique spot designed to promote positive behavior, enhance quality of life, and nurture individuality.

We cater to the specific needs of each child, focusing on kids of all ages facing learning difficulties, social skill challenges, sensory processing issues, speech/language barriers, and motor development delays.

  • Provide direct services, employee oversight, observations, case supervision, and ABA training.

Job Description:

  • Supervise employees delivering autism services at our outpatient center and in homes
  • Plan and conduct continuous training, developing training materials for all autism service providers
  • Perform ABA initial assessments and ongoing evaluations for insurance purposes
  • Conduct initial ABLLS-R/VB-MAPP assessments for children and update assessments regularly
  • Provide parent training
  • Design, review, and adjust ABA program books
  • Develop goals, track data, and train ABA therapists on each child's program book
  • Help oversee and create social skills classes
  • Support autism service providers in resolving issues, fostering communication, and providing services
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Autism Division in the Oklahoma Center
  • Ensure compliance with BACB and insurance regulations
  • Share resources with family/staff/consultants
  • Generate statistical reports as per Sunny Days requirements
  • Travel may be required
  • Other duties as assigned/required

Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification required
  • Must have a supervision certificate from BACB
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and ACCESS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Capable of working independently and multitasking efficiently
