The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for assisting with scheduling of grading for all programs and individual requirements. - Candidate will work directly with the Procurement Team to achieve departmental goals and maintain day-to-day operations.

- It will include working closely with our Program Managers, product vendors and external grading services to meet comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes.

- You will perform various coordinating tasks, like scheduling, maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries for grading fees and purchases.

- You will be working hand in hand with the buyers, following up with vendors, tracking, pushing POs out.

- Enter assembly work orders, return items and work with A/P to ensure timely payment and/or credit to maintain vendor relationships.

- Ensure coins returning from external grading services are processed and received according to required plans/deadlines.
