Job Title: IT Analyst

What You Will Be Doing:
- Support and maintain equipment related to alarm signaling
- Work independently and may assist less experienced technicians
- Proctor, coach, and teach others
- Provide high-quality customer support
- Offer instruction on system operation and functionality
- Conduct system testing and signal verification
- Maintain stock/inventory of equipment and tools
- Utilize technical resources for task efficiency
- Ensure timely task completion
- Document all task-related activities
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Full-time schedule with on-call availability
- Other project assignments as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in IT
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Windows client and PC hardware
- Basic networking skills including TCP/IP
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience in an office environment
