Role and Responsibilities:
  • Recognize and support achievement of new profitable business, RoS and revenue targets in close coordination with internal and external management teams
  • Lead and oversee project and application roadmap development from start to finish in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Identify untapped markets.
  • Comprehend relevant North American market in key segments and applications.
  • Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business objectives in partnership with senior management.
  • Effectively convey project expectations to team members and management in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Identify and address issues and conflicts within project teams.
  • Develop project timelines and milestones utilizing appropriate tools.
  • Guide, inspire, energize, and oversee project team members and contractors, influencing them to take proactive steps and responsibility for their assigned tasks.
  • Formulate best practices and tools for project implementation and administration.
  • Evaluate costs of products for incoming quote requests, and current products as required
  • Determine pricing based on existing cost models, assist in introducing new and competitive pricing strategies
  • Evaluate all project requests and establish priority (considerations: Customer significance, yearly volume, target prices, timing)
  • Interpret, review drawings and other relevant industry documents; deduce outcomes
  • Define requests for specialized designs/materials in collaboration with the Technical Department regarding new articles and/or production processes of O-Ring products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance, MBA preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formula setup, Pivot tables, formatting)
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
  • SAP (BI) familiarity advantageous
  • Adept in data analysis, calculations, and reporting
  • Validate engineering results for product costing alignment with strategic goals and cost objectives
  • Capability to implement short- and long-term program objectives and assess effectiveness, striving for continuous program enhancement
  • Thorough understanding and mastery of program's business drivers, proactive in enhancing business outcomes
