Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Vice President (EVP) to join our executive leadership team.

The EVP will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our metal recycling operations, driving growth initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to all functional areas of the business, including operations, sales, finance, and administration.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead business development efforts to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the metal recycling industry.
  • Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
  • Implement best practices for sustainable metal recycling and environmental compliance.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
  • Lead and mentor a highperforming executive team, promoting professional development and succession planning.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisionmaking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of leadership in the metal recycling industry or related heavy industry sector.
  • Extensive experience in executive management roles, demonstrating strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Deep understanding of metal recycling processes, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and operational excellence.
  • Commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  • Experience in navigating regulatory and compliance requirements in the recycling industry.
