General Surgeon at an Academic Health System

The Department of Surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine is looking for a full-time general surgeon with specialized training in foregut and bariatric surgeries to join their team at the assistant or associate professor level. As part of the faculty, you'll handle complex surgical cases at a top-notch medical facility, collaborating with a team of skilled surgeons and advanced practice providers in Indianapolis.
Aside from clinical duties, you'll play a key role in educating medical students, surgical residents, and fellows across various settings. The Department also offers non-clinical teaching opportunities through its Skills Lab.

Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Board certification/eligibility by the American Board of Surgery

- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
