Full-time positions come with extra benefits such as health insurance coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans (available to eligible seasonal employees after completing 500 hours), free ski passes for dependents, as well as critical illness and accident plans.

Job Summary

As a supervisor overseeing housekeeping operations, you will lead a team to ensure seamless and high-quality services during the assigned shifts. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluations, and extensive knowledge of housekeeping procedures. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall organizational tasks and foster a safe, welcoming, and affordable accommodation experience for employees.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant role
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Valid Colorado driver's license
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and internet usage
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Capability to work in diverse environments and weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

The indicative pay scale is $25.99 per hour, with final compensation decisions based on various factors.
