Position Description
The Contract Specialist is responsible for loading and maintaining contract pricing and membership for our source contracts.

This role collaborates heavily with manufacturers, the procurement team, and the Chargebacks team to ensure customers receive accurate contract pricing.


Schedule:
Monday - Friday,

on-site in Shreveport, Louisiana

Key Responsibilities
Accurately load and maintain contract pricing and customer eligibility.
Maintain contract renewals, terminations, and updates.
Keep accurate files and records.
Communicate with

manufacturers/internal

teams to ensure we receive correct and timely files.
Proactively identify discrepancies in price and/or customer files and work to find solutions.
Work with other team members to analyze data in Excel, text files, or access databases.
Work collaboratively and respectfully with other members of the

contracts/chargeback 's teams.
Cross-train departmental functions.
Identify opportunities to streamline existing programs and processes.

Related business experience in researching and analyzing data, problem-solving, or data entry preferred
Proficiency in MS Office
