Your Role:

Our successful Morton's Busser promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.

Keys to Success in this Role:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Greeting guests in a friendly and timely manner at the table.
  • Assemble and serve hot bread and butter promptly to each table.
  • Clear plates and silverware.
  • Sort and rack glasses, silverware, scrape plates, recycle at dishwasher area.
  • Set/reset tables according to standard.
  • Set up service stations, stocking/restocking during shift.
  • Restock bar area, fill ice bin and assist Bartenders as needed
  • Perform cleaning and side work duties as assigned.
  • Delivers food to hotel rooms as needed by management
  • Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.
  • Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
