Certified Medication Technician - Excel Wichita

We are looking for individuals with a passion for assisting the infirm and elderly, along with a strong educational background in medical services.

Responsibilities:

  • Precisely administer and provide support with medication for each resident
  • Ensure alignment between physician's prescriptions, blister packs, and medications administered
  • Manage medication orders and renewals promptly and accurately
  • Oversee medication storage and processing
  • Coordinate with Medication Supervisor to clarify entitlements and prescriptions
  • Maintain accurate medical records for all residents
  • Report any medication refusal or missed doses
  • Participate in mandatory training programs

Requirements:

  • Active KS CMA license required
  • Prior experience as a Medtech preferred
  • Educational background in medical services
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Understanding of the needs of elderly and infirm individuals
