At Chick-fil-A Pembroke Lakes Mall, Managers are responsible for leading in all areas of the business, from ensuring smooth operations to business management. Managers are expected to embody our core values: excellence, growth, grit, pride & community. Managers will work operationally while leading team leaders and team members to accomplish our common goals.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage and Develop Team Members and Team Leaders

  • Setting and Accomplishing Business Goals
  • Manage Labor Cost
  • Manage Food Cost
  • Continually Learn and Grow
  • Provide a Quality Experience for all Guests
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
  • Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Operator
  • Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures
  • Work with the Operator to Create Systems and Processes to Efficiently Operate the Restaurant

Company Information
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade.
