Job Description

As a Security Shift Supervisor , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

$19 / hour

Schedule:

Wednesday- Saturday, 3:00PM - 11:00PM Tuesday, 7:00AM - 3:00PM

Must have 2-3 years Shift Supervisor Security Experience, required

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21+ years of age Required, ability to use computer or tablet Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Responsibilities:

securtySupervise the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter Working environments and conditions may vary by client site
