Position Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire role
  • $22.00 to $24.00 /hour
  • Full-Time employment
  • Multiple shifts available (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)
  • Responsibilities include selecting equipment, planning layouts, assembly, and welding
  • Tasks involve laying out, positioning, aligning, and fitting components together
  • Securing parts in position for welding through bolts, clamps, and tack-welds
  • Setting up equipment and conducting welds using MIG processes
  • Assembling parts through bolting and riveting
  • Repairing products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling

Qualifications for MIG Welder:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of MIG welding experience
  • Preferably 2-3 years of sheet metal fabrication experience
  • Must be able to pass a weld test
  • Capable of standing for 8+ hours daily
  • Able to lift 50-70lbs, including overhead lifting occasionally
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
  • Pre-employment drug screening is mandatory
