  • Starting Salary: $19.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:


As the Receiving Clerk at Core-Mark, you will play a vital role in enhancing production processes and daily operations. Your duties will include administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional service for our customers.


Main Duties:


  • Efficiently load and unload goods from trucks and company vehicles
  • Organize products as per customer specifications
  • Complete necessary documentation promptly
  • Coordinate inbound scheduling with vendors & carriers
  • Ensure accuracy in product counts and order changes
  • Input data, schedule appointments, and manage expenses
  • Prepare loading documents and labels
  • Maintain detailed records and reports
  • Answer calls and provide necessary assistance

Qualifications Needed:


To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with basic computer operations and software
  • Effective communication and numerical skills
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Certification for operating powered equipment (e.g., forklift)

Physical Demands:


This role requires the ability to lift various weights, stand for extended periods, and engage in physical tasks such as bending and reaching. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying noise levels and temperatures.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in foodservice distribution
  • Proficiency in onboard computer systems like PeopleNet
  • Familiarity with hand-held delivery scanning systems
  • Prior experience in customer service roles
