About the Position:


As a Program Security Representative, your main role is to provide comprehensive security support for the customers' Special Access Programs. You will be responsible for analyzing Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities on a day-to-day basis.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict compliance with security regulations
  • Contribute to policy development for safeguarding Special Access Programs
  • Provide continuous security support and assess procedures for enhancements
  • Identify potential vulnerabilities and risks
  • Assist in the implementation of security programs
  • Provide briefings on security matters to various levels of personnel
  • Conduct compliance reviews and track corrective actions
  • Initiate investigations on classified information breaches
  • Collaborate with security personnel for program improvements
  • Offer leadership and mentorship to team members


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience (Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) can substitute up to 5 years); 2+ years of SAP experience

Training and Certification:

  • Combatting Trafficking in Persons (CTIP)

Security Clearance:

  • DoD Approved Clearance and Polygraph
