Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Execute home renovation projects according to specifications and deadlines
  • Perform frame carpentry for structural enhancements
  • Install glass fixtures and windows as needed
  • Conduct electrical work in compliance with safety standards
  • Utilize Bluebeam software for project planning and documentation
  • Handle flooring installation tasks with precision
  • Complete construction painting for interior and exterior surfaces
  • Carry out drywall, plaster, and stucco repairs or installations
  • Operate power tools effectively and safely

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in home renovations or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor

Pay:
$ $25.28 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends

  • Year round work

Experience:

  • Construction: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Colchester, CT preferred)
