The Inspection and Compliance (I&C) Branch is recruiting for a Staff Services Analyst position located in Dinuba, CA.
Under supervision, the Staff Services Analyst evaluates, develops, and executes administrative and analytical duties related to food safety audit scheduling and reporting within the Shipping Point Inspection Program. The role requires effective interaction with staff, working under pressure, demonstrating interest in assuming responsibility, using good judgment, and having knowledge of basic computer skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Analyze and review food safety audits for compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain audit schedule and provide cost projections.
- Analyze work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor workload of auditors to meet inspection needs.
- Maintain internal quality management system documents.
- Ensure compliance with USDA and internal requirements.
- Prepare analysis reports for completed audits.

Working ConditionsThe job is mainly indoors in Dinuba Shipping Point Inspection Office. Occasional travel using public transportation or personal vehicle may be required.
Hybrid or recurring telework may be possible after probation.
